Attempting to add images to variations in a listing, cannot upload anything,  small green circle spins and  spins

Cleared browser in Chrome - restarted PC running Windows 10 Home.  This has clearly been an issue in the past, any recommendations?

I am having the exact same problem since last night.  I think it is an Ebay issue.
