getOrders doesn't return fullname for some orders

Hi, I've been pulling data using getOrders and I noticed that two days ago I have an order which doesn't include the fullname variable under the buyerRegistrationAddress variable, what is the reason for this? I have checked the docs and it says it's always returned so I'm confused as to why this order doesn't have it? The order was from 26th June so it isn't due to it being too old to return the variable.

Can you see that information on the UI? I just queried 2 orders form 26th and 28 and I can see that variable.

I'm doing this for one of my clients and I asked him to check if it appears in ebay and it does, it's just that the data that is returned from the getOrders call doesn't return it. Seems to be only that one order in the past 30 days which is really odd.
