We've recently been attempting to migrate from a third party listing management service to in-house management. The first step, outside of authorization, is trying to get all of our SKUs established in our inventory pool. I've successfully created our first SKU in production via the createOrReplaceInventoryItem endpoint, and verified that it does exist via the getInventoryItem endpoint. (Note: We're also experiencing the same issues as others where inventory objects aren't returned with the bulk getInventoryItems endpoint.)
Although we've verified the inventory object was created via API, we're still not seeing the inventory item in our Seller Portal under the inventory tab. Is anybody else experiencing similar issues? Or does anybody know of any further steps you must take for the item to actually appear in our portal past simply publishing the initial inventory item?

After creating inventory item, did you create an offer as well?
You need to create and publish an offer to display a listing.
