Is Account API v2.1.0 still in beta?

There appears to be conflicting information.

The webpage  explicitly labels the API as (Beta).

However, the downloadable OpenAPI contract (JSON format) from the same page :

• Has a file name that does not include the word “beta”

• Contains a version object whose value also does not include “Beta”

Can you confirm whether this API is still officially in Beta?
