Help.. I have paid for an item and I have won but I can't pay for it as it says sorry you missed out this item. When I spoke to the seller he said we will send PayPal account and you can pay to us so my order will not be listed on eBay Iam afraid if I didn't receive the item ebay will not be responsible for this transaction

If I understand correctly, it sounds like the Seller is trying to  process the transaction outside of ebay which is against ebay policy and should be reported if that is the case.

In this case I would call so the ebay representative can fully understand what happened.

Presumably what you meant was you placed a BID on the item and you won it.
