I think there is something wrong with the eBay platform.

There is definitely something wrong, and I don't know why. I have created a campaign where these four items are part of a ‘Highlight Offer’ campaign that is currently running.
See image 111

It says that two items have been sold, but that's not right. Those are the last two items I sold, but from my regular listing of other items.

This has nothing to do with the ‘Highlight Offer’ campaign.

Why does eBay list them as sold in the campaign when they were sold from my regular listing?

I have asked eBay support, but they don't seem to know and I haven't received a response.

They respond to something completely different and don't seem to understand the oddity of it.

I am really disappointed with how poor eBay support is and hope I can get an answer here, as I don't want to pay for something I'm not getting.

Maybe there's something I'm not understanding?

Hope it makes sense to anyone who can help 🙂

Unfortunately, I can't upload pictures so you can see it.

@original.danish  I see you are registered in Denmark and I'm going to guess that by "highlight offer" you might be referring to eBay Promoted Listings ads.

If so, eBay made changes to the attribution policy for items listed on eBay.de in February and expanded it to other European locations in June so that now if a Promoted Listing Basic/General ad is clicked on by anyone within the last 30 days, you will be charged the ad fee when it sells, even if the eventual buyer isn't the one who clicked on the ad and instead found it organically.

Hi, I am registered in Germany but live in Denmark.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. Do you know how I can send you a picture so you can see it?

What they are doing makes no sense.

You put something up for sale with a campaign, and then they show something that is not in the campaign as sold.

How can you explain that? There should be 0 items sold.

Regards, Johnny
