I recently attempted to create a newsletter. At first I noted that it wasn't possible to add text to my newsletter (pretty bizarre newsletter!) but I persisted, and the application now acts like I've just sent a newsletter, but it's not shown in my list of sent newsletters, nor have I received it.
I chatted with support, and two different reps act like newsletters have been withdrawn, but I still see screens for them. The reps both have the quirk of saying "now" when they mean "not." Ever hard of that?
