large double handled Prussia serving dish grapes leaves 12" help ID

The size and the handle make me think Prussia. I could be wrong because I am not an expert on Prussia.

Is this bowl European?

IMHO, the bowl is German but I was unable to find the blank in "R.S. Prussia / The Art Nouveau Years", so I suspect it's one of the other Prussian / Saxony porcelain works.

Thanks for giving me a chance to refresh my knowledge of that area of Saxony Germany Russia Prussia and their conflicts. What type of serving piece would this bowl be called?
