Resolved! Still looking for help with these two plates

I have two fish-shaped plates as shown. The unglazed circular area on the back of each looks like redware. One person told me these may be Delft faience but wasn't sure. Does anyone recognize the mark on the back of these. Thanks!

Moorcroft vase Walter?

A very nice Moorcroft vase that I would like to know if possible the year or maybe who made it. It is about 4 inches tall and has a high glaze. The bottom is faded and hard to make out in spots. Very hard to get a super clear photo. Thanks!
