Any assistance in identifying this piece  - it appears to have been repaired? Are these marks authentic?

Oops. The actual platter - it is 13.5" long, 9.75" wide, 3" tall

no not sevres.  the piece is pottery, not porcelain as would be if sevres.  real 18th century sevres with the crossed L's mark would never have 'made in france'.
