Can anyone read the writing on the back of this piece? Artists name?  I would also like to find out about the backstamp. Most of the ones that I have found are in red.

Hand written inscription on the 1st photo says Based on a drawing of A.V. Vorobyevski "Spring".  The over one says the same, except drawing is "Golden Spring"
