Hi Potties. This little studio pottery creamer with posies on it was my parents. I don't know enough about pottery to even describe it for a search. It's exactly 3" tall and does appear to have a name on the bottom, faintly. either scratched in the clay or in pencil.
There is a chip on the rim that shows the clay about as brown as the glaze, darker than the bottom. If it came from the time they met until I was about 4, it would be from the WWII era to 1956, from Tennessee or Kentucky.
Any information is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

I don't see any pencil markings in your photo.
My first thought was the style is similar to Hilton Pottery (North Carolina), however I usually see those pieces with white dogwood flowers, not with blue. Plus the Hilton Pottery pieces are usually 2.5" for the creamers.
Here's an example of the white:

I searched a bit and found a blue flower one that's closer to 3"

May not be a match to yours but perhaps will help as you research to find the true ID.

OMG, the shape and color are bang on. I'm attaching a picture here with the area of the letters circled. I can see an 'ed' at the right side. It's actually easier to see when the pic is smaller.
Thanks for looking this up.
