Pottery: Maker of this teapot?

The shape of this teapot is exactly like a Royal China teapot, but the mark on the bottom is an "E." Does anyone know the maker? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The pattern name is Bonnie, but I think the lid is Green Willow.

Thanks very much, Janet. So the lid isn't the original lid to this teapot? Also, what's up with the "E" on the base of the teapot?
