This is similar to the style of a "vintage porcelin trinket box". Just did a quick search online (outside of ebay) and there are very similar items in the results, you'd have to sift thru them to see if any of them are the same as yours.

I don't know the decorator's mark on your Limoges inkwell, but this one using the same mold was done by Goumot Labesse: https://www.davidduggleby.com/auctions/2272/DecorativeAntiques-Collectors/99137/
