Please Help ID Signed Perfume Bottle - Lotton? But Which one?

This is a 9 1/2" tall artist signed perfume bottle.  I am pretty sure it is Lotton and think it is John but not sure.  Would appreciate help with name.  Not Daniel Lotton.  Cannot find a bottle with engraved "sculptured perfume."  Thank you for help.🤔🤔😎
