Hello, I haven't been able to figure who the maker of this plate is, it's an opaque milk glass with floral center, measures 12". On the bottom in the very center is says Made in the USA. This plate does have uranium salts in it, as it does glow under UV light. Can you help with the maker? Thanks in advance.

It was made by Macbeth-Evans 1930's into the early 1940's. The pattern is called "Bouquet" and it is on their Chinex Classic blank. Most collectors don't refer to this as milk glass. It's more like an early version of Corelle.
