McCoy small flower pot - date?

Wondering when this was made?  Should it have an underplate/saucer?  There’s no drainage hole in the bottomThanks!

It's called Ripple Ware, yellow with green drip, a #900 jardiniere from 1950.  Source: Sanford's Guide.

There's no saucer.

Found 1 of the handled vases identical pattern and seller listed as 1960s
