I have a Paragon Jasmine Star Mark Teacup and Saucer. It has an oval saucer and the registration mark is 74417. It seems to be quite rare, as I can't seem to find any others anywhere online.
My problem is that when I try to flick it with my thumb and finger it doesn't make a "ping" sound. It is dull like it has a crack. I have gone over this cup with a magnifying glass and I can't find a crack. Is there any other reason it may not "ping".
