Identifying Ceramic Pottery Face Sculpture Vase?

Need help identifying this piece...been searching for days.  The only sure thing I know is it size 🙂  It is a 13" terracotta vase with woman's face, drip glaze, Signed "Saint P.R." ??? Is it from Puerto Rico?
