Hummel Figurine TMK2 - "Begging His Share" What does the (65) markings on base refer to?

I have a Hummel book, but found no reference to the small 65 number.

 It can' be the date so..... what does it mean?

- TMK2 - Full Bee (1940 -1956)

- Germany

- 9.     Mold number

- Looks like 65
