You are looking at an item made at the factory of Carl Scheidig. But not from his primary base of operations (in Gräfenthal) but from his secondary factory in Reichmannsdorf (both located in Thuringia). Many of these items are commonly found with Scheidig's "Kronenadler" mark addition, however items without it are also not especially rare.
To make things a little more complicated, the company used this mark from around 1935 until 1972. Many people will know that the region was EAST Germany from 1949 onward and items *should* have been marked according to that. However, most East German factories simply did not do this until the final nationalization period (starting 1972), as was the case here (and at his main factory in Gräfenthal).

I couldn't have asked for a better answer. It's interesting, because I purchased it at auction with another Scheidig figurine, with the Kronenadler mark which google lens identified for me. Thank you so very much for the information! -Rose-
