What does the bottom look like?

Google match works better against a white background and in focus pictures.

The pic of the base isn't very clear, but ...

IMHO this is a contemporary Asian / Chinese interpretation of a Murano mid century design.

Perhaps check out Archimede Seguso's "finestre" / window designs to see what the original concept was.
