need some help with this vase and under plate

vase marked DEPOSE i  do know that, "déposé," simply means, "registered," 

is this more a frog and bowl  or a vase with under plate

any help with age make proper description  what to call the color peach , rose 

? chance of being repo ?

the vase stands about 7 3/4"  plate is 7 1/2" across

Glass like this was being made in the 1950-60s in the Empolii region of Italy. This reminds me of that but from France.
