I found a vase in Pina's book "Blenko, Cool 50's & 60's Glass" like the cyclinder vase shown on the page in your link. She refers to it as a "Cobweb Vase", which is no doubt a collector name. It is very early, pre-designer. She says it was only sold in 1936 & 1937. I'm not sure of the catalog number on yours. Pina gives the catalog number for the cylinder vase as 3623, and a google search of "Blenko cobweb vase" returns several examples in your shape, also with the catalog number of 3623.
