I found the matching jardiniere in Sanford's McCoy. The jard is #11, from the early 1930s.

Thanks Janet, Surprised it doesn't have a pattern name.

I think more things had numbers than names, esp. if the pattern wasn't made in a lot of different shapes. It looks like snowdrops or lily of the valley.
