I Need Some Identification Help, Please...

I have this card that looks like a tinted Real Photo. The only caption is Lola Westergaard, or maybe it's Lola Hestergaard, I'm not sure which. She looks like an Edwardian period actress or dancer or singer or some such, but I can't find anything out about her doing a google search. Sara or anyone else, do you know anything about her?

busy busy busy! I had to deal with the 160 postcards I sold last week ( a few suprises which I will share on another thread), plus I had Detling Antiques Fair at the weekend, Amy has started ballet lessons at a new dance school,so I have lost another afternoon, I have had sales off my website, and from the DK collectables book. Plus all the usual life stuff like trying to find an emergency dentist (ouch my crown snapped off!) and helping my folks move house - not enough hours in the day! I think I have caught up with myself now, but with 480+ auctions ending Saturday I may be busy again next week (well I hope so anyway!)and the pile of laundry may indeed grow legs and march itself to the washing machine! Sara bet your'e glad you asked!

holy Hannah 480 auctions ending in one day - WHEW you must be beat just from THAT!!! But it sounds like you had a great selling week so good on you. I have my laundry trained to go into the washing machine on its own, but I can't teach it how to accurately add the soap so I'm still working on that. Sorry to hear about your crown....hope it's fixed now? best, Diane

Hi Diane I have my cats in training re the laundry soap, if I can stop them eating the tablets of soap and looking rabid I will almost be there! Crown is still not fixed. Dentists are as rare as hens teeth over here, I have to get on the phone every morning and hope I get one of the 4 appointments reserved for my area, so far no luck, and the alternatives are way too expensive. maybe I shall just cash in the gold from the crown and fly to bombay to get it sorted out! hmmm cats and laundry soap - what a visual image, all foaming at the mouth, lol. But you might be onto something there. Pepper is such a smarty-pants little dog that maybe I can teach HER how to add the soap, and then also turn the machine on. Once that's sorted then I can work on teaching her (or hubster) to take the clean laundry OUT and iron and fold hehehehe. Hey, sorry to hear it's so hard to find a dentist there. I have an in-law over there (Wales) who recently died (two weeks ago) who STILL hasn't had their funeral because of a lack of someone to do it!!!!! Diane

Thanks Sara for the condolences - but not to worry, I never met her. Still it's sad for my MIL, who is currently here visiting for 4 (count them FOUR) months. I must have the patience of a saint, LOL

well yes, me TOO. But it's a long way from here to Tipperary, and we want it to be worth her trip. But I am REALLY getting sick of eating boiled potatoes all the time. It's one of the three foods she will eat, the other two are boiled too. ick.
