Let me start by saying lotsof brands seller is horrible. I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing with them. They promised two to five day delivery and I paid for that in all it took 17 days from day of purchase to get to me. And then when it arrived it was the incorrect product I promptly contacted eBay with pictures and supported that with a PayPal documentation which resulted in canceling the eBay dispute. Had I known this I would not have documented with paypal. Every single individual has sidestep taking ownership on this problem. Even a eBay representative shared with me that the original representative misspoke and was apologetic for her error. That did not help me and as a result of all of the errors on eBay's part and the seller I incurred additional charges. When I wrote a legitimate feedback on the seller they promptly asked eBay to remove an eBay complied even after eBay Representatives reviewed it with me and agreed and sent further documentation supporting my feedback to the review department. I will never do business with eBay again. I gave them every opportunity to maintain my 22-year business with them but I am done at this point.
