what does it mean? it asks that for each seller. what do i have to do to buy 3 dumb things?

Do you have several items (from more than one seller) in your cart? It's warning you not to pay all those sellers, no?

 When you have several items in your cart from different sellers,  the cart gives you the option to pay for your items one at a time. That’s what “Pay This Seller” means. 
You can also pay for your items at one time by clicking GO TO CHECKOUT .

Not a warning . Ebay is giving the buyer an opportunity to pay the sellers individually, OR just click "go to checkout" and all will be paid at the same time.
