Guy bid on item, 'about' page states member since Dec 20, 2023.
Wins yesterday, 'awaiting payment'
Today get message: "I have entered my payment information to complete the transaction."
Payment still awaiting ...
Weird thing one - 'Get to know' on message pages states member since Jan 10, 2024

"I have entered my payment information to complete the transaction."
As you are a new ebay member, I thought that ebay now makes all new members add a 'payment method' during registration to 'auto-pay' after three days, if the buyer doesn't 'manually pay' before the three days - and as your item just says 'awaiting payment' - the transaction is not completed.
You sent this message this morning at 4:30am our time [5:30 your time] and the item is still marked "awaiting payment" five plus hours later, so the transaction is not completed.
Where did you "entered my payment information"
Did you get a 'pay now' message from ebay in your ebay messages.
Did you get a copy of the message as an email
Did you use one of those to pay
Have you checked your 'purchase history' - on the 'my ebay' drop down list - top right between 'watch list' and the bell icon.
Is the item there and is it marked paid.
Got back - "What do I need to do to get the item paid for?'
Replied with what we think is correct info -
Go to the ebay home page, sign in.
On the top right, above the blue search box, is five 'things' - sell, watchlist, my ebay, a bell icon and a shopping cart icon.
Roll over the 'my ebay' one and a list will drop down - see photo - roll down and click on 'purchase history' - see photo
This and any other items that you have won will be on that page. They will all have a 'pay now' button.
As of now no more messages or payment.
What else can I do

You know you can keep trying to educate the buyer, or you can cancel the order, citing problem with buyer's address, after 48 hours, right? Or you can wait til he figures it out, but remember that eBay gives you only 30 days to cancel in a situation like this.

Are we right about the 'how to pay' info?
We have no problem waiting for the few bucks - for all we know he may not have seen the message yet.
If after four day it's not paid, will cancel for that reason.

Yes. day 4 you can cancel using buyer did not pay.
They could be stringing you along and you may get asked for a 'paypal' account for them to pay into because of this 'issue' they are having. Be aware that will be the start of a scam....

Guy never paid, we cancelled for that reason, now NARU [him, not us]

Interesting they're naru.
Your instructions to the buyer was spot on. They were probably on a phishing expedition that would lead to them telling you they're having trouble paying could they have your PayPal info and pay you directly. Which would be followed up with you receiving a fake paid receipt.
I hope all those scammers burn in hell.

Sorry, got my non-payers mixed up - the naru one was the one who sent message minutes after sale was non payer cancelled saying trying to pay, then two weeks later sent same message - he's the guy naru
And thank you for answering the instructions were right.
And as to getting 'tricked' - we really think this guy has no idea how ebay works, maybe thought he could pay by money order? Didn't get any 'bad vibes' and we don't trust anybody.
