unpaid items

i recently had two unpaid items on my account which i dont or agree with there are several curcumstancies.

i unpaid item against me was that i had death in the my family and had to fly out of the country for a funeral i contacted the seller and he was sorry that he overlook my messages i told him to cancel the order.

there were other purchases i had made even payed for my purchases on both occastions i messages the sellers regarding my order why werent they being ship or not showing on the tracking movements its been over a week and still no product being delivered so i told the sellers that if i dont recieve my shipment im to cancel my order an requesting a refund that didnt go well with the sellers so they tag me as a none payer redicuelsy. i have been a Ebay seller and buyer for over 25 years never had issues like this also not everyone can pay right of way we get payed every two weeks some like me have two wait a month to get there social security check 3 days given by ebay is not enough time to make payment thats why i sell on ebay to help genarate extra income to make ends meet. so at this time i cant make any purchases or even bid on an item because i have two unpaid feedbacks on my account come on give a break with this nonesence

@rc66gto

Not all sellers have their preferences set to block buyers with 2 unpaid item strikes.

They system is automated and eBay is not delegating resources to investigate these type of issues or requests.

The unpaid item strikes will fall off your account in a years time.

Hi @rc66gto

Being paid once a month needn’t stop anyone from paying for purchases.  We can pay with a credit card … and then pay off the credit card once we receive our SS check.

Having 2 nonpayment strikes might keep us from bidding on most sellers’ items … but we still can make BIN purchases and make offers from sellers who require prepayment info.

It is individual sellers who are blocking you … NOT eBay.

BTW, there is no way a seller can turn you into a nonpayer for asking for a cancellation (because shipping was slow).  You have to ‘not pay’ in order to be given a nonpayment strike.  [Once you’ve paid … you are forever a payer for that item, and cannot receive a nonpayment strike.]

Just have to wait for them to age off.    Takes one year.   Most auction houses  ban non payers for life.

Not all sellers have their accounts set to block such users.  Watch out, it you keep getting non payment strikes eBay might ban you for life.
