Im trying to update new account number for payout but they wont let me delete old banking account number unless I have to fill it out the whole account number. the problem is ... i dont remember my old banking account number and it expired for over 5 years ago. im trying to get hold of Ebay and turn out they dont have alive person in customer's service ... im out of luck... please advise me
