I think that somebody miss put the number because I was supposed to get paid out $190 instead I got paid out $1.90

Can you post a screen shot of the of the transaction details with your personal information blacked out? You are posting on community chat board that is made up with other buyers and sellers that can give great help but we cannot see your account details, we are not eBay employees.

If you sold and shipped more than one item all shipping costs will be deducted from available funds when any funds become available. 
If you used any promoted listings, those fees are also deducted from your available funds. You receive what is left over.
