I am happy with method of selling on ebay and payment going thru paypal. Ebay already has bank info that they take fees out of. If I don't supply additional bank info will I still be able to sell and collect payments as usual after Jan 25, 2021

Whatever date eBay gave you in a notice is a serious one. If you do not have Managed Payments set up by then well you cannot sell and get paid
