Respect to all.
I am responding with a request about a problem I am having as a seller on Ebay. On October 15, Ebay removed all 960 auctions (premium store) from me and sent only one short message that I need to update my account settings. I know that the reason is a change in the method of payment, but so far I have not received any e-mail with instructions on that. On the payment option there is only the possibility to send a request for managing payment (Express interest). I filled it out and sent it a week ago, but there is no answer yet. Do I still have to wait for an answer or maybe do something else - I really don't know). I have to point out that I am a Top Seller seller with 1137 feedback which are of course all positive.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I am not a US citizen.
And one more thing - when I tried to update account details a blank page appeared with some notification about embarrassing etc etc
