resolution - refund

Hello,  heres the problem.  Bought item, did not receive it, "where is my item" says not paid for. Pay pal shows the money was sent to seller.  Seller no longer listed on Ebay.  The automated system on Ebay runs me around in a circle because seller did not say it was paid for and therefore I can not open a complaint.

How do i get to a person at Ebay to explain this.

Since the seller is no longer on eBay you will have to go through pay pal to get your money back.
