removing item from my shopping kart

I bought an item and when it came time to pay, the seller had increased the shipping charge.  I did not pay and asked the seller to cancel the sale.  He said he cancelled the sale but the item is still in my shopping kart.  How do I get it removed.  The remove option in the detail is disabled.

Items in your shopping cart are NOT purchased yet.  It is kind of like going around the grocery store throwing stuff in your cart.  You don't pay until you go through the check out procedure.  So you are fine you can just delete it from your cart if you want to.

the option to delete is not active.

It actually say's REMOVE.  If you don't have this option, then you need to notify Ebay as there is some technical problem.
