remove payment limit on my account please

When i tried to buy a product that was auctioned off on December 9th

The payment did not work correctly, and after approval, cacellations were made about 10 times.

After doing this for a few days, I found that reason why i failed to pay through a search and found out that 

my account had payment limit.

As a result, the purchase of the auction item was unsuccessful.

I am very sorry about this 

In a way, I think that this is attributable to EBAY

There for, I would like you to remove the payment limit

Respectfully, Ebay is not the problem.  You need to contact your bank or financial institution that issued you your card.  They can tell you why your payment was not accepted. Good luck.
