How do I issue refund Buyer has paid item previously purchased by another person. Help

If the item was sold previously, then you don't have the item. So... cancel the order, don't just refund.
Find the order in your Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment and use the drop down menu to the left to 'Cancel the order', citing 'Out of stock'. The refund will come from your processing funds... all but the $.30 Transaction fee. Have a payment method on file to cover the thirty cents. Easy peasy. Good luck.
