refund with no money received

this guy buys my product then he cancelled it because "he bought it by mistake" and then proceeds to cancel it but i didn't receive the emails to notify me since they were in spams , so 3 days go by and without action from my end they close the case in his favor , they drew 56 eur from my account and want more , but i never received any payment to begin with meaning this guy gets a refund and they got money from my bank account but i never received his money initially it's like they took money from me while i wasn't even paid for the cancelled product so what do i do ? i called but they re closed now so i m waiting until tomorrow and i have all proof

Since the buyers payment is being held, you have to cover any refund.

Once the hold is released on the buyers payment, the funds will be sent to you.
