kindly return it to me my refund payment because my order was cancelled the Under Car Experts, so let me know if my refund payment will return back to me.. coz how many times that I  send a messages about my refund but why you did not reply. if you want to return it to me or not. its easy you collect my payment but now you almost not want to return my refund payment, please return it to me so that I can pay my credit card visa to.. so please return also my refund payment,, that you charge me 2x into my visa card,, please I'm waiting also my refund, thanks eBay OIC

It sounds like you paid for an item and the seller cancelled the transaction without refunding. Are you not aware of the eBay MBG (money back guarantee)?  There is a link on every eBay page. I suggest you do this promptly as the MBG time limits are iron-clad.

Have you called your card company to see if the refund process has been started? That can take a few days to process.   What does it show on your my eBay page under purchases for that payment?
