Go to the order and there should be a drop down menu with the refund option.
Be sure to change the amount or you'll refund the whole order.

They'll also want to know the reason for the refund - the drop down includes refunding for adjustment in shipping - just choose that one.
I do this all the time on multiple orders - it will also adjust your fees.

Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped (if it has) - or - Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment (if it is)
The drop-down menu is to the left of the order... use the blue arrow to scroll down to 'Send Refund' and enter the amount you'd like to refund. Confirm and Submit. Good luck.
