Did you mean:

"We charged your credit card for funds you owed"

What? What funds did I owe? The last time I bought anything with ebay was oct 30th and that came out of my paypal acct.. The last time I sold something was the 26th. I'm trying to remember if what they charged was the cost of shipping that?

The full email reads:

We charged your credit card ending in xxxx for $4.xx. The reason for the charge was that you didn’t have enough available funds to pay what you owed for previous transactions.

You’ll see this charge recorded by your payment provider as follows:
EBAY*T*xxxxxxxxxx.

Keep in mind you can always change your payment method in your payment settings.

Now, there's a link at the bottom of the email "See Charge Details" which is a link to https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

When I get there it auto redirects to https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list

It doesn't show much, just that I have 0 ebay funds. I guess that's what it was trying to take shipping fees from for something I sold weeks ago?

There's a button for "Transactions" but when I click that it says, "We ran into a problem. Please try again."

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you look at the details in your MP account?  That is the place to start.

Go to the Seller hub.  Hover over the Payment tab.  Select All Transactions in the drop down menu.  There you should find anything charged to your MP account.
