"Refunding" a refund

I refunded a buyer because her package was not delivered by USPS in over a month.  (Holiday season 2020 of course.)

She finally received the package and is so pleased with it that she wants to pay me after all!  (Does this ever happen lol?)   I might just say to forget about it and let's do business again in the future.  That's not my question.

My question is...how would I go about having her pay back the money I refunded?  It was easier under paypal.....

There is no established way to do it under Managed Payments. Some suggest setting up a Buy it Now auction and have the buyer buy it and pay through eBay, but that brings up extra fees and shipping/tracking problems. If you both have PayPal and can get your email address to her, she could use Friends and Family option to send it.

If not, I would suggest just have her send a Check or MO snail mail.
