procedure for completed payout that isn't

i contacted my bank and they said deposits are available as soon as they have them.  eBay made a payout that says it is completed but i don't have it. 

I have searched up and down and everywhere for the procedure to report this and get it fixed before my next payout. 

Does anyone know how to do a payout research to find my money? 

I have $200 pending and don't want that to go astray too. 

And a side note,  if they  are not processing payouts on the weekend does that mean that no funds will be made available until Monday which  means a Tuesday payout? 

This is very FRUSTRATING.  I have already sent the items and eBay is holding or hiding my money.  Items I shipped but have not been paid for have been paid by the customer for now, 4 days and if I wait until Tuesday to be paid, it will be nearly a week. 

Time to find another marketplace and get PayPal back.  Anyone know a good place to sell postcards?  it's all I sell.  I have tens of thousands but don't want to give them away to eBay. 

this sucks.  Please help.

Being that it's the weekend, you'll most likely see the completed payout on Monday. eBay hasn't made it real clear on how soon after processing is complete that they will start the transfer. You know that if there is $ to be made, they will hold onto it as long as they can. Welcome to the New and Better eBay. (Better for them, Not you)

Monday -Tuesday mystery processing time.

Wednesday transfer day, eBay moves the money to the queue for Thursday and calls the payment complete. 

Meanwhile they are complete in their eyes,  but I won't be until Thursday.   

Have I got the logic of a greedy corporation down right?  They have my money now,  most people pay with PayPal so it is instant,  this 2 day hold (processing time) is baloney .. they don't need to clear the funds,  PayPal hands over the dough in seconds.  

They get the money Friday evening,  they do whatever with it call it processing,  then they call it complete but actually make the deposit to my account after business hours so i won't have it until the following day.  That's how you turn 2 day processing into 6 days.  Ridiculous.  They share holders love it though.

I have three payouts that say complete, none are actually in my account. It's been over a week now since the sales. Very small seller, but have been on the platform for years. Thinking about just taking down all of my items and sticking with other platforms. Tried to call, we all know how that goes.

I got paid 224$ on Friday, I understand they don't process on Saturday or Sunday, today's Monday, they had two business days to process.

I spoke with them Friday and they said it's only as long as it takes for the buyers bank to process it and for mine the sellers bank to process and accept it.

Now it's monday I'm looking at my money status saying available, so I check my bank, still not there. 

I call eBay again and asked why it's not in my bank when the status says complete.

They said it will be available tonight or the next day.

I truly don't believe them when they say it's between the buyer and seller banks processing because if it was it would be a maximum of 24 hours during a business day and not 48 to possibly more, especially when they're telling me it wasn't sent yet on their end.

The ebay lady literally looked and told me the money wasn't sent to my bank yet, so what's really going on is processing is them holding the money from the buyer for longer then needed, then them updating it as complete on their end but in all actuality it's just finally being processed into your bank. 

So to sum it up, it takes them 3 business days.

One day for the buyers bank to process, one day for eBay to process, and one day to fully complete for your bank to process, even if it says completed it's not so expect a minimum of 3 days standard.

The ebay lady expressed it's because it's a new process it takes time for banks to get familiar with it and once they do it will become a lot faster over time.

But I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Make sure you always have money on hand to send out if you want to use this platform because you're not getting your shipping money obviously when you need it the most.

Pre calculate your selling decisions and try your best to adapt.

Paypal is the better system but clearly eBay wants all the money and the middle man cut out.

It's pure greed and clearly the consumers do not come first.

Available means it is "available" for payout, not that it will show in your bank today.

Payout is generally done  the next business day after available.

Clocking on the "payments" tab will show the status of each buyer payment.

My Payouts show up in my CU checking the day after "payout".  I do "weekly". Tuesdays

I don't trust them with my primary account so I opened a new one just for my E-bay. This is my first payout and it was scheduled to happen the 23rd but I went to look at the payout section again and the payout date changed to the 24th!! can already tell this is going to be aggravating. 

I also, for the first time, began listing on another site that doesn't charge you fees for shipping. If there's one thing E-bay does that annoys me the most, it's that. If I don't get a payout soon from last week I'm going to suspend my listings until I get paid appropriately.

yeah same here just move to a diff platform because ebay just doesnt seem to care anymore. Im leaving this site selling wise myself and going to amazon like 99 percent of the world does. good job ebay and ruining what was left of a once great company.
