You are on the Payments board. Are you trying to pay with PayPal and your payment was blocked?

If that is true eBay accepts PayPal but your country is allowing banks in Sri Lanka to limit foreign transactions. Call your bank to determine your spending limits.

Linking Payoneer will not help you pay for items because Payoneer is not an accepted payment method. However, it is required if you are making a seller's account.
