Hello   ..

I am new seller in ebay.

i registered payoneer account and i linked it to my ebay account

but now,i can't sign in my account .

i reset my password two times.but i typing correctly my password and username 

but i can't to sign in

please help to me.

what can i do?

This is the US board. We don't even use Payoneer here.

I would recommend that you contact a qualified accountant and a Bank in Sri Lanka advising them of what you intend to do and they will advice you as to what you need to do to become a seller on eBay.

Sri Lanka has laws/ rules and regulations that all who sell in overseas markets must adhere to.

These businesses are classified as exporters and individuals who do not register with Sri Lankan authorities may not be able to produce documentation required by eBay/ Payoneer to process their payments.

Please note that advice given on this forum is by buyers and sellers just like you and our knowledge may or may not be up to date and you could be wasting your time in attempting to list/ sell.

@viduweera90, you will need to resolve your password issue on eBay, if you are talking about your eBay account. If it's your Payoneer account, you need to resolve that on Payoneer.

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it appears that people in Sri Lanka need to register as a business first, in order to be able to receive payments in foreign currency, to their BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account). Here's a link to their website, then click on CAN YOU ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS EARNINGS FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN SRI LANKA?

Then, you need to register for eBay managed payments, and you will need to have (or create) a Payoneer account when you do that. Your bank account, Payoneer account and eBay account all need to match, so if your bank account is a business account, your Payoneer and eBay accounts have to be business accounts too, and your name and address have to be spelled exactly the same.  Payoneer will verify your identification documents, which may take a few days, or a few weeks.

For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.
