When you link Payoneer to eBay Payoneer lets you know right away if you're sucessfully linked to eBay. Then you must wait until you get an email from eBay saying you're all set and that usually takes 2-4 weeks. A person today from SL said they were able to list the next day after linking a Payoneer account but they never specifically said they received an email from eBay giving them the go ahead. I believe members can actually list when they haven't attached a method for payouts so it's awesome if Sri Lanka is being approved that fast but it concerns me that he never specifically said he received the email, only that he linked Payoneer and listed the next day.
