We don't use Payoneer in the US.

This is not a good place to ask a questions about Payoneer.

You are in Sri Lanka and Payoneer is the only payment method for you and others outside the US. Don't forget to register your business with your country after being approved to sell.

In Sri Lanka you must have a Payoneer account linked  to eBay to receive payouts from eBay. If your eBay account is a business account your Payoneer account has to be a business Payoneer account.  Personal eBay account for selling = personal Payoneer account.

Just not the greatest place to get Payoneer info. 

If i wanted help with outboard motors I would not go ask the guys at the sailing club.  😉
