I see that you are located in Sri Lanka. I'm sorry, but my understanding is that the government of Sri Lanka does not allow PayPal to operate there. So there isn't any legal way for you to get a PayPal account if you are a resident or citizen of Sri Lanka.

At the moment, PayPal is the only payment processor, so there is no way that you can receive payment for the items you have listed. You should end them, before someone can buy them because you can't receive the payment.

eBay is using Payoneer to managed payments in "select countries", but so far, we have only identified China (the first country) and possibly Japan (not confirmed yet) will be able to use Payoneer accounts. So we don't  know if this will be a possible solution for you or not.
