sometimes card payment methods does not work and sometimes dosen't show payment methods.

Try another browser when you pay or if you have a credit card try paying on PayPal.
Contact your bank if you're still blocked because your government has stated that at times some banks in Sri Lanka will be limiting forerign transactions.
